The Carrera 3.0 is a fairly unknown model. Produced between '76-'77 for all markets except the US, it was the successor to the Carrera 2.7 and the predecessor to the 911SC.
At some point in the 90's, this particular car was built for PCA Club Racing. I purchased it in '24 from a PCA member who had used it for DE events. Over the past year, I've been updating it and racing in PCA's "911CUP" series on the East Coast at Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, NJMP, VIR, Summit Point.
Made the journey here from New York and excited to race at Laguna Seca next weekend with PCA Club Racing!
