I bought the car new in 1983 and have owned it since new. It has been well cared for but also driven for fun and enjoyment. I have been a PCA member since 1986 and have participated in many events. The car was entered in the 2008 Porsche Parade in Charlotte where it won first place in its respective class and was also asked to be in the Historic Display which it was. Hans Peter Porsche saw it in the Historic Display and complimented the car as a wonderful example of the 944. I asked him to autograph the water reservoir, which he did. The car is original with no modifications. It's a Keeper
