With associate sponsorship from Pirelli, Shell and Sunice, 15 races were run during the 1986 and 1987 seasons. With $275,000 in prize money up for grabs, this was the richest single marque motor racing series ever in Canada at the time.
This car driven by Scott Maxwell earned 1 pole position and was 1 of only 4 cars to ever have led a lap during the 2 seasons.
Its best finishes, both 2nds, came at Mosport.
