Porsche built the 1967 911R as a lightweight prototype. This is how this Bob Culbertson, the 2nd owner, reimagined this 1987 944. A strict diet & other changes enabled Bob to enjoy her on the street & at DE events. Bob fell ill & couldn’t enjoy her anymore. In 2023 I had the opportunity to obtain her & the Culberstons’ are happy that she’s now mine. I will be using her on the street & for DE events. As an instructor, I invite “newbies” to join me at such events & have them drive my car to get them “hooked”. This 944R will be used to introduce drivers to our world of DE & momentum cars.
