Purchased new in Pleasanton, CA, this car remained in the Bay Area until 2018, when it was purchased by a collector in Austin, TX. It was stored, minimally driven, until 2024 when it was sold and returned to the area.
This example represents one of 75 slantnose cabriolets produced for the US in 1989, and one of 606 US slatnoses produced overall for the market (M505 option) from 1987-1989.
This example also represents one of my childhood dream cars, and when the opportunity arose I was thrilled to both own it and bring it home. I have been doing my best to put miles on the odometer.
