The car is from the Brumos automotive group, driven by owner Don Robertson and Hurley Haywood at the Brumos Driving Experience.
It was then sold in 2014 to the Brumos General Manager, Ray Shaffer.

Mr. Shaffer then brought the Turbo to Atlanta, Georgia, heading up Porsche Classic.
At that time, the Turbo went through a factory-spec nut and bolt refresh including engine and suspension, completed by Jack Swint of Porsche Classic.
