This Turbo was special ordered from Brumos Porsche and delivered to its original owner in Sonora, CA. The 996 variant was the first liquid cooled Turbo and has a Mezger engine. This one is only one of 1,203 Turbos delivered in the U.S. between 2001 and 2005 with the X50 factory option package. The X50 package included larger turbochargers, larger intercoolers, upgraded tuning and transmission enhancements producing 450 bhp and 457 ft. lbs. of torque, and a top track speed to 191 mph and a zero to 60 time of 4.1 seconds. It is owned and regularly driven by Kim Thorpe of Jax Beach, FL.
